Main Business Objects:

1. To set up, establish, acquire, operate, conduct and run, in India or abroad, Hotels of all kinds including restaurants, cafes, holiday camps, resorts, refreshment rooms, serviced apartments, banquet facilities, conference facilities, meeting rooms, function halls, convention centre, canteens, food courts, shops, stores, mobile food counters, kiosks, outlets, cafeterias, lodging house.

2. To act as management consultants, managers, operators, advisors, planners, valuers and to impart technical know-how and training in the field of planning, construction, management, operation of hotels, motels, restaurants, including but not limited to Canteens, cafes, holiday camps, resorts, taverns, beer-houses, refreshment rooms, night clubs, cabarets, licensed victuallers, wine, beer and spirit merchants, brewers, distillers, bakers and confectioners, importers and manufactures of aerated mineral and artificial water and other drinks, recreation and entertainment centers in the field of restaurant and hotel industry whether in India or abroad and to purchase erect or otherwise acquire, establish and equip and act as collaborators, technicians and to act as third party service providers between restaurants, other caterers, and customers for food and beverage related requirements including but not limited to fine dining, home delivery etc. and to put in place appropriate arrangements/infrastructures and to do any other activity as deemed fit by the Company for the hotel or restaurant industry in India or abroad.

3. To provide lodging and boarding and other facilities to the public including tourists, visitors and other delegates coming to India from foreign countries and to encourage and carry on and facilitate tourists trade in India.

4. To purchase, take on lease, hire, erect or otherwise acquire, establish and equip act as collaborators, technicians of any other hotels, motels, holiday camps, restaurants, canteens, cafes, pubs, bars, kitchens, refreshment rooms, casinos etc. in India or in any other part of the world and to carry on the business of consultants to the hotels, restaurants, kitchens, canteens, etc. in existence or to be started and to train chefs, cooks, bearers and other staff for hotel industry.

Other Objects:

A. To provide franchise opportunities in the hospitality industry, including but not limited to hotels, restaurants, cafes, and other related ventures, both domestically and internationally.
